14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason. This period starts the day after you (or someone on your behalf) have received the product. This also applies to returned, outlet, and used items.
How does it work?
- Report the return within 14 days via dtrendingshop@gmail.com with your order number. You may also use the model withdrawal form below for this.
- You are responsible for arranging the return shipment. Send the product back within 14 days of your notification to: D-Trendingshop, Cruquiuszoom 51, 2142 EW Cruquius.
- The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense.
- You are responsible for the return shipment until we have received the package. Pack the product securely, send it with track & trace, and keep the shipping receipt.
Refund
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product.
Please handle the product with care. Only unpack or use it as you would in a store. If the product has been used more than necessary or is damaged, a depreciation fee may be charged.
Warranty
All our products are covered by a legal warranty: a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it, taking into account the stated condition. Is there something wrong? Contact us and we will resolve it.
