For whom

For home cooks who enjoy stir-frying over high heat and are looking for a pan without an artificial non-stick coating. Suitable if you don't mind washing the pan by hand.

Why this product

Sheet steel can get very hot, which is what you need for stir-frying. Through use, the pan darkens and builds up a natural non-stick layer. You can use it on all heat sources, including induction, and it is oven-safe up to 180 °C.
